Use of the software is free, support is not.

It's as simple as that.

How does it work?

It's very simple: you pay for our time. If you have a problem or just want help, we raise a ticket for each seperate issue. Each resolved ticked will cost you a number of points, depending on how long time we spent on the issue. Fair and square.

Small issues, up to 3 points, we will just answer and resolve right away if you have prepaid points on your account, usually within 1 business day.
For larger issues and customizations we will give you a fair quote based on our estimation of the effort involved.

Support points

To get support you need to buy points. We calculate 1 point per 5 minutes spent, which in most cases will result in 1 point per question. We will not charge you more than 3 points without getting your approval first.

1-10 points:15 EUR each
11-50 points:12 EUR each
51-100 points:9 EUR each
101 points or more:8 EUR each

We are also happy to provide you with custom features according to your needs. Please contact us for more information.

Support points are prepaid and valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Unused points are not refunded.

Questions that arise due to problems in our software does not cost any points, you don't pay us for fixing our own code.

Quality

So, if we charge for support, isn't it in our interest to make buggy unusable software?

No, not at all. On the contrary, it is in our core interest to make our site as smooth and user-friendly as possible. Happy customers are good customers. Besides, we just want to make excellent software.

We have close to no marginal costs for "free-riders" so the more the merrier. If our free customers have a great experience, the word will spread and more people will use our software. More free-riders means more support-payers, everybody wins.

Limitations

You have full access and 100% functionality, free of charge. However, to ensure our server load stays within limits and to avoid misuse there are a few limitations:

  • Max 100 subjects per survey. For surveys with more than 100 people receiving feedback, please contact us for a quote.
  • No advertising.
