By checking the box below, you agree to the following terms between the customer (You) and Atlas Performance Solutions GmbH (Atlas):
You may - Execute an unlimited number of surveys with up to 100 subjects per multi-rater survey or 500 respondents for single-rater surveys. - Cancel your account at any time without prior notice. All related data will be permanently deleted.
You may NOT - Use the Atlas Survey Engine for purposes other than employee surveys (e.g. for marketing). We reserve the right to block accounts obviously violating this rule without warning. - Use the mail functionality to send anything else than survey-related information to survey participants.
You authorize Atlas to - Use anonymous survey data to provide industry and regional benchmarks. - Custom features implemented for paying customers may be made available for everyone.
Atlas may NOT - Provide a third party with any survey data that includes names, emails or phone numbers of persons or companies. Your confidential information is safe with us and we will keep it safe, regardless if you have paid for support or not.
